In summertime, a small beach cabin is included situated on the beach close to the house, with everything you need for great summer days!

The house is owned by our family since it was built, 50 years ago. During the years it is well cared for, however the family history remains. The house is only available for a few weeks a year, so you will feel part of the our family.

About the house
Our luxury and spacious house is perfect for family holidays, featuring:
- 3 bedrooms each with double beds; of which one with air conditioning
- a loft with an open sleeping area which sleeps 5 adults and one smaller child
- a spacious living room; with a open fireplace
- well equipped kitchen; connected to a small sunroom
- an airy and big outside dining area; including wood-fired pizza oven
- long dinner tables to seat everyone, a bbq to fire up for those long summer nights
- an outdoor space to be covered by movable roof-like covering / sun screens during very hot sunny days
- a small terrace connected to the kitchen for that perfect morning coffee
- a made-to-relax 'lounge' garden furniture set; amazing to enjoy a cocktail as well
- a private "jeu de boules" court directly adjacent to the main terrace, to play a nice game
- mini-football pitch / multi-sports court or artificial grass; perfect playground for kids

Story
Get to Know Us
Over 50 years ago, our Dutch grandparents enjoyed the Belgian coast enormously, and decided to spend their retirement in Knokke. At that moment, they already owned an apartment in Knokke, which was overlooking a new project, a new to be build house just in the street next to them. They have decided to buy the semi-detached house, and spend many years enjoying it. Our father inherited the house after their passing and took great care of the house for more than 25 years. Since a few years it is handed over to the 3rd generation, and owned by us, Jacqueline and Poldek. We are often around, but have decided to rent the house for a few weeks a year. To have other families enjoy the house as much as we do! You can always contact us for anything, and we are looking forward to welcome you!

WEEKEND WITH FRIENDS
"We really enjoyed our stay, the house felt like home with a cosy fireplace, lots of family games and puzzles, and even a jeu de boules court outside (despite cold weather a lot of fun)! It was a 1 minute walk to the beach, and about 15 minutes to downtown Knokke, with great stores and even better restaurants. We were just with 2 couples but the house is big enough to take both families next time. Looking forward to staying with you again soon!"

"Due to the great communication with Jaqueline personally and if necessary, by phone or online we felt personally close. The personal instruction was extensive and associated with tips. The variety of amenities in and around the house for 3 generations was ideal for us, e.g. jeu de boules, football area, pizza oven, breakfast room and dining room, equipment at the beach house, also for the children.
The utility room was very useful with washer and dryer as well as all the necessary care and cleaning supplies. We have gladly written our positive review in the guest book and will be happy to recommend this house."

"After receiving a well-detailed welcome book, we agreed with Poldek on our arrival time. He was there to great us. And this house, with an unquestionable family soul, very comfortable and bright, is super well equipped.
